New Orleans Saints vs. Indianapolis Colts
Whether you’re a sports fan or not you’ve probably participated in Super Bowl Sunday. The game is the most viewed television broadcast and all the commercial hype is proof of that. This year the Super Bowl XLIV will take place in Miami with the New Orleans Saints vs. Indianapolis Colts. If your going to go watch the game and you want a little bit of background here’s some basics so you can at least through out some important names. And if you haven’t picked a team yet maybe this will help you because when Sunday comes around you should be dressed to support whoever you chose.
The Indianapolis Colts four time MVP Peyton Manning, already has one Super Bowl title under him so hopes are he can lead his team into a second winning. On the other side, even though it’s the first Super Bowl for the New Orleans Saints, Drew Brees has been an MVP on and off field and is one of the reasons the Saints made it to the game. For the defense side of things it’s all about the Reggies, Reggie Wayne from the Colts and Reggie Bush from the Saints. Reggie Bush’s speed and agility have him being compared to a Ferrari while Reggie Wayne is considered one of NFL’s most consistent threats. Colts coach, Jim Caldwell, may be a rookie NFL head coach but he’s proven himself by getting the Colts through the season in the right way. Sean Payton, the Saints coach, is known for his strong plays and knows how to make the best out of a mediocre defense.
The Saints team colors are black, old gold and white. The simplest way to show your rooting for the Saints is with a black dress and some gold accessories. The Colts colors are speed blue and white, so you could go for a blue and white combo or just stick with solid blue. So read up, memorize some important names, pick a team, pick an outfit and get ready for Super Bowl Sunday.
