Orangecounty.com's winter on the island of Oahu as come to an end as we pack up and head back to the coast of Orange County. We have witnessed a lot this season on the north shore. The Vans Triple Crown of Surfing, new ASP Champion and the Billabong Pipe Masters Champion Joel Parkinson. Nike pull out of surfing and hand the team over to OC based Hurley. See you next year!

Last day of photos from Hawaii before returning to O.C.

Today's the last day for Hawaiian surfing photos as tomorrow I head back to Orange County, marking the end of orangecounty.com in Hawaii for the Vans Triple Crown of Surfing and the 2012 north shore winter.

I shot Rocky Point Friday, the same place I shot on our first day on the rock this season. As the island is completely empty of non-Hawaiian surfers, only the locals hit the water for this rather small swell that came in today.
