OC Nights: Commonwealth Lounge in Fullerton
Downtown Fullerton is one of those places you can run around from bar to bar, lounge to lounge and find some great music every night of the week and Wednesday was no exception. I cruised over to The Commenwealth Lounge last night to catch a local band Allensworth, and for the life of me I don't know why they aren't signed yet. Commenwealth Lounge is a very well put together restaurant with a great ambiance and Allensworth did not disappoint. Now the great thing about Fullerton is that I walked ten feet from one door to another and I was in a bar, Bourbon Street which was going off with a band of their own, Stealing Love Jones, from South Africa. I talked with the beautiful lead singer Esjay Jones, "We love Fullerton, it's the place to be and we are building quite a following here. We just released our first US indie with Shire and are looking to start touring sometime in the spring."
