Rob Machado, who has taken home more wins from the U.S. Open of Surfing than any other competitor, is expected to come back to Huntington Beach to compete at this year's surf contest held next month.
Spectators will be wondering if he'll be able to nab his fourth U.S. Open title this year, in a contest that is expected to bring out big names in surfing this year - including nine-time world champ Kelly Slater.
