Spring/Summer Events at Pechanga
Pechanga Wedding Expo
This Sunday, on March 18, the first Pechanga Wedding Expo will be held in the Grand Ballroom from 10:00am – 4:00pm. An array of vendors will include DJ’s, wedding coordinators, photographers, florists, bakeries and more. An event highlight will be a Bridal Fashion Show presented by “elyseREUBEN Custom Couture”, featuring the latest fashions, including men's formal wear.
Guests will also get to enjoy tasting samples of distinguished dishes from the award winning chef’s of Pechanga Resort & Casino. Raffle prizes will be given out during the event and one lucky bride will win an amazing Grand Prize. Tickets are $10 at the door.
Pechanga Food Truck Festival
On April 7, the first ever Pechanga Food Truck Festival will be held in the parking lot between the hotel and Journey from 11:00am to 5:00pm. More than 40 of the top food trucks from throughout Southern California will be on hand, selling their hard-to-resist cuisine, as made famous on several food TV shows. A beer garden will be available as well, for those looking to pair their brews and brats. Tickets will be $10 at the door. A special $40 VIP ticket will be available that allows guests in one hour early for samplings, as well as seating in the VIP tent, with included water and sodas. VIP ticket holders also get to meet with famous food truck chefs in the Grand Ballroom, following the event, as well as exclusive voting in the “Critics Choice Award” announced during the Meet n’ Greet.

Pechanga Competitive BBQ Festival
On June 23 from 10:00am – 6:00pm, the first ever Pechanga Competitive BBQ Festival will be held. A fully-sanctioned KCBS (Kansas City Barbecue Society) competition will see more than 40 registered judges rating the best BBQ teams in the nation. The event is only $5 to enter with food samples at $2.00 each. A beer garden will be available.
4th Annual Pechanga Microbrew Festival & Chili Cook-Off
And finally, the 4th Annual Pechanga Microbrew Festival & Chili Cook-Off will be held July 14 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm in the Grand Ballroom. Tickets will be $45 per person. On sale date is April 20.
More than 30 breweries from across the nation are expected to once again offer up 2oz. pours of their domestic, premium, and imported beers. Each guest will receive a commemorative taste glass: perfect for small tastes of many types of brews at the event, and perfect for shooting other intoxicating beverages in the comfort of one’s home.
Top Pechanga chefs will square off in a no-holds-barred chili cook off. Guests will vote on their favorite concoction and the winning chef will be crowned before the end of the event. Expect to eventually see that winning recipe make its way to the menu at a Pechanga restaurant. Live music will keep things exciting and a dance floor will be available in order to kick off the heels and let guests get their bad selves down.
Habitat for Humanity Inland Valley will once again host a silent auction to raise funds to provide low income families a chance at home ownership. At the past two Microbrew Festivals, more than ten thousand dollars have been raised for local charities.
