Thousands of mud enthusiasts joined in the annual Irvine Lake Mud Run last Saturday. The 3.8-mile course challenged the best of runners with hurdles, tunnels, mud pits, and even bear crawling. But it wasn’t just about the mud for these participants, dressing up has become a fan favorite. Groups came prepared with team shirts and the bravest put on their best costumes.
The finish line was a muddy victory for everyone and the memories they created will last a lifetime. For those seeking an adventure, and aren’t afraid to get dirty, the Mud Run is where you want to be. Check out the photos to see why.
