Runners to hit the trail for San Clemente 5K, 10K

The San Clemente Trail Run 5K and 10K returns to the Forster Ranch Ridgeline Trail on Saturday to raise money for Family Assistance Ministries and the Friends of San Clemente Beaches, Parks and Recreation Foundation.
Here's the rundown:
When: 5K at 7:45 a.m.; 10K at 8:05 a.m. Sign-ins start at 6:30.
Where: End of Camino del Rio in San Clemente (see graphic)
Cost: 5K, $35; 10K, $40
Minimum age: 15
Registration: Active.com
There also will be a Runner Expo for participants and guests and goodie bags and T-shirts for runners.
