Here's what we need from you... Submit a video of yourself talking about your top pick for the "Must See" event of the week, and we'll air the best submitted video.

How to submit your video?

• Film yourself or your friends talking about the event you feel is the "Must See" event in Orange County this week. Use your creativity and be funny, but please no profanity, nudity or anything like that.. It is a news program...
• You can film your video on your webcam, portable camera, mobile phone, etc..  Better resolution is always recommmended.
• Upload your video HERE on our site
• Video must be shorter than 20 seconds.
• By Submitting your video, you grant orangecounty.com, ocregister and/or FoxLA permission to user your name, likeness and video for news or promotional purposes.
• Submit your video by Wednesday October 6th at 2pm

Official Rules:

1. ENTRY DETAILS:  No limit to the number of submissions.  Online promotion will run on orangecounty.com, Ocregister.com in October 2010.  Users are eligible to win by completing the online contest form.  All entries must be submitted online by Wednesday, October 6^th by 2pm PST.  Winners will be selected by orangecounty.com and Fox 11; chances of winning are based on the number of entries received.  All winners will be selected and notified by the Orangecounty.com or the Orange County Register by Friday October 8^th, 2010.
2.  NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY:  Except as noted in these rules, information collected from the contest entries, whether mail-in, online or otherwise, is strictly used only for the purpose of winner notification and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Promotion Entities or any third parties unless entrant has elected to receive additional information and promotional material. 
3. ELIGIBILITY:  This contest is open only to legal US residents, Southern California residents, who are physically located and residing therein, and who are 18 years of age or older as of the start date of the contest period.  In order to be eligible to win, participants must not have won an orangecounty.com or OC Register contest within the past 60 days.  Employees of Freedoom Communications, Fox11LA and the Orange County Register, their affiliates, retailers, subsidiaries, partners, advertising or promotion agencies, any agents acting for or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, licensees, or members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter this contest. Orangecounty.com, Fox11LA or The Orange County Register, and all herein mentioned affiliates, shall not be responsible for any damages – compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise – with respect to or in any way arising from this contest.
4. RESTRICTIONS:.  Winners are responsible for all taxes, if any.  No cash equivalent, prize substitution or transfer of prizes allowed.  Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.  Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.  Orangecounty.com, FoxLA or The Orange County Register is not responsible for any unclaimed prizes, stolen, lost or misdirected mail or for printing errors.  Orangecounty.com, FoxLA and The Orange County Register reserves the right to alter and/or rescind any prize or contest obligation at their discretion without further notice.  Winners consent to the use of their names/likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation on orangecounty.com, ocregister.com, Fox11LA and Freedom Communications in its entirety..
5. TALENT RELEASE:  For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby give Orangecounty.com, Freedom Communications and FuelTV, its affiliates, licensees, successors, legal representatives, advertising agents, and assigns (collectively, the “Licensed Parties”) the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use my name, likeness, voice and biography and to use, distribute, reproduce, edit, exhibit, project, sell, display, copyright, publish, resell and otherwise exploit any image of me (including, but not limited to, any motion picture or video image, voice recording, photograph or other reproduction of my physical likeness) (collectively, “Images”) which may be included in whole or in part, composite or distorted, in character and in likeness, in connection with a potential program tentatively entitled “Orangecounty.com/ Fueltv The Daily Habit promotion” (the “Program”), including, without limitation, in connection with the sale, advertising, promotion, publicizing or other ancillary exploitation of any kind of the Program, without any restriction or limitation whatsoever, in any manner and media now known or hereafter devised throughout the universe in perpetuity (commencing on the date hereof), and no compensation will be payable to me at any time in connection therewith.  

I understand and agree that any Image, and any reproduction thereof, taken of me by the Licensed Parties is owned by the Licensed Parties and the Licensed Parties may copyright in its name any materials containing same.  If I should receive any print, negative or other copy thereof, I shall not authorize its use by anyone other than the Licensed Parties

I understand and agree that I have no right to inspect or approve the Images taken of me, or to inspect or approve any written or spoken copy that may be used in connection with the Images, or the use to which the Images may be applied.  The Licensed Parties shall be without liability to me for any illusionary effect, blurring, distortion or alteration resulting from the publication or broadcast of my Image.  I understand that the Licensed Parties are not obligated to use my Image or any of the rights granted hereunder.

I have the full and exclusive right to enter into and perform this Release and to grant the rights granted herein, and I hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless the Licensed Parties, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, from any liability whatsoever, in accordance with the terms hereof, including but not limited to any liability for claims for libel, slander, misrepresentation, commercial appropriation, invasion of privacy, defamation or any other claims based on the use of any Images or my involvement and/or participation in the Program.

I acknowledge that the Program is a non-union production.  I acknowledge that Orangecounty.com, Freedom Communications and FuelTV is not a party to, and has no present intention of becoming a party to, any guild, collective bargaining agreement(s) or similar agreement(s) (e.g., SAG, AFTRA, WGA, etc.) that might apply to my services hereunder.

I understand and acknowledge that the Licensed Parties are proceeding in reliance upon the terms set forth herein, and I irrevocably waive any right to seek and/or obtain rescission or equitable or injunctive relief, and/or to enjoin or restrain the distribution, promotion, advertising, exhibition or any other use or exploitation of the Program or any elements thereof or rights therein.  I acknowledge that the Licensed Parties may license or assign this agreement and/or all or any part of its rights hereunder to any persons or entities whatsoever.

I represent and warrant that I am eighteen (18) years of age or older, or if I am not at least 18 years of age this Release will be signed on my behalf by my parent or guardian.
