Surf still up from weekend swell

Monday surf on most west-facing beaches was a good one for those who were able to postpone work long enough to catch a few head high to overhead waves through the day. Mostly cloudy skies, but the sun did come out late afternoon.

Surf still up from weekend swell

The weekend's west swell hung around Monday, pumping head high to 3-foot overhead. The weather and being Monday kept the lineup clear most of the day. The sun made an appearance in the late afternoon hours. Still waves out there Tuesday, but down just a little from Monday. Water did warm up to 57ish degrees but might dip again with the new WNW swell and weather system headed our way.
