Dana Point Symphony ends first season Friday
The Dana Point Symphony will end its inaugural season with a performance of music by Beethoven, Dvorak and Glinka at 7:30 p.m. Friday at St. Edward the Confessor Catholic Church, 33926 Calle La Primavera, Dana Point.
Symphony Executive Director Berenika Schmitz will be guest soloist on piano, and the works of Laguna Beach artist Paul Gardner will be displayed at a reception after the concert.
Admission is $12 for adults and $8 for students, senior citizens and military personnel. Tickets are available online here or at the door the evening of the performance. For more information, call 301-832-0388.
On Sunday, the symphony will have an end-of-season party beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Monarch Beach home of Andrew and Jeanette Harautuneian, including food, a flamenco guitar performance and South American and Spanish wines.
