Orange County restaurants are offering a cornucopia of dining options this Turkey Day, including buffets, to-go dinners and traditional Thanksgiving dinners. Restaurants book up quickly, so call ahead to make reservations.

Mr. Stox, 1105 E. Katella Ave. Dinner menu includes choice of appetizer and choice of entrée: roasted fresh turkey, Scottish salmon, prime rib or Berkshire pork loin. Desserts choices include pumpkin, apple and mince meat pies and chocolate cherry terrine. Individual meals and whole roasted turkey available for pickup as well. The Catch, 2100 E. Katella Ave. The Catch features a Thanksgiving Day buffet with carved turkey, prime rib, seasonal salads, a seafood station, a kids' station and a dessert station to cap off dinner. Catal Restaurant and Uva Bar at Downtown Disney, 1580 Disneyland Drive. Catal is serving a three-course menu for Thanksgiving dinner. Entrée selections include slow roasted cider brined turkey, gently smoked salmon, slow roasted prime rib and maple glazed Berkshire pork rack. TAPS, 101 E. Imperial Highway. Thanksgiving Day buffet with all the traditional holiday trimmings, including carved turkey, prime rib, sweet roasted yams, pumpkin bisque and more. Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant, 8039 Beach Blvd. The restaurant is serving unlimited Champagne with a Thanksgiving buffet that includes three hand-carving stations offering beef ribs, roasted turkey and baked ham, custom omelets, fresh salads, a pasta station, the world-famous Mrs. Knott's chicken, desserts and much more. Leatherby's Café Rouge, 615 Town Center Drive, Costa Mesa. Leatherby's Cafe Rouge is serving a three course menu for Thanksgiving dinner: an amuse, a first course choice, and an entrée. Choose from organic free range turkey, brown butter roasted salmon, braised natural beef short rib or corn-fed pork porterhouse. Maggiano's Little Italy at South Coast Plaza, 3333 Bristol St. Enjoy a four-course, family-style meal with an assorted bruschetta plate, then your choice of two starters, two entrees, two sides, two pastas and two desserts from the menu. Dinner choices include traditional roast turkey breast, country-style baked ham and parmesan-crusted tilapia with sage, lemon and tomatoes. The three-course menu includes entrées like roasted turkey with traditional trimmings (cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, green beans, crispy stuffing cake, gravy), petite filet, salmon, scallops, celery root risotto and lamb rack.
