Offroad Racing community pulls together for the Huseman Family

The off-road community pulled together on Thursday night at a special event to celebrate the life of Monster Energy’s offroad racing superstar Rick Huseman and his brother Jeff who were killed in a plane crash on October 16th near Barstow. The event was held at Pole Position Raceway in Corona and raised thousands of dollars for his wife Michelle and two-year-old son Ricky. This one of a kind event featured both silent and live auctions along with world-class indoor karting.

It was truly a amazing evening with such well known celebrities such as MTV’s Weeman, FMX superstar, Kyle Loza, Jeremy McGrath, Johnny Greaves, Carl Renezeder, Ricky Johnson, Casey Currie and Rodigo Ampudia showed up to show their support.  Terri Sacks, Philanthropic Marketing Manager for Monster Energy goes on to say “We have come together tonight in remembrance of Rick and Jeff Huseman to help support his family in this time of need while bringing the entire supportive offroad community together” Additionally Sacks says ” We decided create this auction and fundraiser to help raise funds that will be given to his immediate family to help them in this time of need. We love Rick and Jeff and will continue to help where we can along with the generous help of the entire race community”.
