Agenda tradeshow coming to Long Beach

ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER

The action-sports industry will offer a sneak peek at upcoming spring and summer collections Jan.4 and 5 at the Agenda tradeshow in Long Beach.

Many surf, skate, snow, street and lifestyle brands from Orange County will be on hand to share a glimpse at what retailers will stock in upcoming months. The trade show is a chance for buyers and distributors to meet, but is not open to the general public. About 550 brands showcase their products and more than 13,000 attendees are expected to attend.

The tradeshow, which started in 2003 with a street and surfwear focus, turns 10. Through the years, Agenda has added segments, such as snow and BMX. The tradeshow is held twice a year in Southern California, once in winter and the other in summer in Huntington Beach during the U.S. Open of Surfing.

The show runs from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Jan. 4, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Jan. 5 at the Long Beach Convention Center, 300 E. Ocean Blvd.
