Mel Gibson is in hot water again for an expletive-laden rant. The actor/director is currently feuding with screenwriter Joe Esterhas, who apparently delivered a tardy and less-than-worthy script for “The Maccabees,” a proposed film they're working on together. There had been some public back and forth the last few days and then, on Wednesday, Esterhas delivered a tape to The Wrap of Mel's expletive-laden rant, recorded in December in Gibson's Costa Rica abode. “Why don't I have a first draft of 'The Maccabees'?” Gibson shouts at Esterhas. “What the (expletive) have you been doing?” Gibson also takes off on his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva on the tape: “I am earning money for a filthy little (expletive) who takes advantage of me!” A transcript of the rant on The Wrap includes numerous uses of the F-word, some screamed apparently in isolation by an out-of-control Mel. Esterhas has said that Gibson also made anti-Semitic remarks, not on the tape. Sources tell TMZ that Gibson is considering suing Esterhas for releasing the recording.
