Nice warm-up to start the week with fun surf Monday morning at Salt Creek

It's always the little things Orange County has to offer that makes it a wonderful place to call home. One being that Monday started another change and a late winter heat up. After a very cold week last week that put a heap of snow on our local mountains and next to no ridable surf, this week we get rising temps and offshore winds with rising swells.

Salt Creek Beach in Laguna Beach was on the small side of surf and you had to hit a surfable window with this dying swell, which only looked fun from 9 a.m. until around noon, when the tide started to drain. Tuesday promises swell on the rise again with the temps higher than Monday. Welcome to Orange County winter with a high of 70 degrees Tuesday.
