Hey kids: Today is the LAST DAY to enter my contest to win a $300 beauty makeover from the Tribeca Salon in Aliso Viejo.

This would be a fun Mother's Day gift, or for a special prom, graduation or even a bride. Or forget it, just do it for yourself.

Here's all you have to do to enter: Just make a little video and post it on YouTube, telling people about a deal you found on the OC Deals blog, and mentioning yours truly, your Deals Diva.

It doesn't have to be good or elaborate, so don't stress about it. Your phone camera will work!

Then, send me the YouTube link and, presto, you're entered to win.

Here's what you can win:

First Prize

Haircut and styling
Color application (if desired)
Deep conditioning hair treatment
Makeup styling application
Altogether, three hours of beauty for yourself or someone you love

Second Prize:

A pair of tickets to the 2012 famed Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach

Third prize:

A copy of "Eating Well on a Budget" by Jessie Price and the Eatingwell Test Kitchen, with 140 delicious, healthy, affordable recipes in full color.

Here are the rules:

You must enter the contest by submitting your video to YouTube and emailing me at mfisher@ocregister.com that you've done so by 11:59 p.m. PDT Tuesday, May 8, 2012. I will pick my favorite videos and notify you by Thursday, May 10, 2012. Make sure you send me contact info in your email. That will give you enough time to give your makeover as a gift for Mothers' Day, unless you want to keep it for yourself.

You must be at least 13 years old by May 8.

I will pick a first, second and third place winner, based on which ones I like the best. I will post links to the top 10 videos on my blog, so we can all enjoy them.

If you win the makeover: You can schedule the three-hour session on any Wednesday, Thursday or Friday afternoon by appointment with Tim at Tribeca Salon. Just give him a call at 949-916-2400 to set it up.
