Lackluster waves today: very small and no real push behind what little swell came through. The groms hit the lineup to warm up for the weekend's WSA happening on the south side of the pier.

Small waves Friday as the groms invade HB for the weekend's WSA

Friday was very lackluster surfing, with 1-foot waves with little to no push behind them. That didn't stop the groms from hitting the lineup on south side of the Huntington Beach Pier as they came to warm up for the start of Saturday's WSA contest. The kids will be put to the challenge with small waves for the WSA weekend. Saturday will be a beach day as temps climb to around 78 by midday.
