Ryan Budvitis, 22, a Newport Harbor Grad has began to make a living off a dream. An aspiring Hip Hop artist Ryan goes by the name "Stevin Ryan." He does shows around Orange County and just realeased a new album titled, "Just Because." This Saturday he put on an amazing show at Avalon Bar in Costa Mesa. Keep up the good work!
