It was my idea to have an Irish whiskey taste test. Surprised? I guess not. The trick of course is to keep your wits about you (if you have them in the first place) while taking the test. It doesn't take much whiskey to wash your cares away, not to mention your judgment. So, I thought of those cute little bottles that you get on airplanes, then, putting thought into action because that's just the kind of person I am, I bought some.
