Scottish culture on display in Costa Mesa

Katie Clark, 12, traveled with the Edmonton Boys Pipe Band from Alberta, Canada, to compete in the pipe band competition at the ScotsFest Saturday at the Orange County Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa. The annual Scottish festival with a Celtic flavor, continues until Sunday and includes Highland dancing, Scottish athletics and Celtic entertainment.
