San Clemente wins 12th Scholastic surf title

San Clemente High School's Trevor Thornton powers to the NSSA high school men's title Monday at Dana Point's Salt Creek Beach. He led San Clemente High to its third straight NSSA team title. Ezekiel Lau from Kamehameha High in Hawaii placed second among six men's finalists.
