Kiersten 'Kiki' Williams, 27, of Costa Mesa, was working at the Musink Tattoo Convention & Music Festival when we spotted her unique tattoos. She has several on her arms, chest and back, but one of her favorites is her 'panty line' on her left arm. 'I never wear panties, so I figured I'd get them tattooed on my arm,' she jokes.
