The biggest surprises in baseball so far

Tim Lincecum, Giants.
No, that's not the Unabomber, it's Lincecum, sitting in the dugout during a game against the Brewers on Sunday. Maybe Lincecum's rough start (2-2, 5.68 ERA) isn't that big a shock, considering he only went 13-14 and 2.74 last year. Lincecum won the 2008 Cy Young with an 18-5 record and 2.62 ERA. But his innings pitched steadily declined between that year and 2011, as did his strikeouts per nine innings: from 10.5 to 10.4, 9.8 and 9.1.
