Dolphin stranded by low tide in H.B. wetland

A dolphin that appeared to be temporarily stranded Friday at the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve was in good health, and wildlife officials on the scene said they hoped the animal would find its way out again. Video by Rob Whitfield.
