The Orange County Transporation Authority spent more than $1 million to synchronize traffic signals along Beach Boulevard's entire 21-mile route. There are more than 70 traffic signals on the road that runs from Huntington Beach through Westminster, Garden Grove, Stanton, Anaheim, Buena Park, and La Habra.
